PROJECT: Posters
BREIF: To create a poster for a New Jersey based client that was looking to gain international presence.
SOLUTION: After being asked to design some posters for an upcoming Buddhist festival in England, I quickly came up with some concepts. The first concept utilizes photos of group members, which I used to create a collage in the form of a sitting meditater. The second idea comes from one of Buddhism’s main teachings, “being in the moment”.
My client used both concepts and even produced postcards as a hand out. Because the client was a non-profit group with a tight budget, I was able to negotiate deals with the print vendors to kept costs at a minimum.
